Working with Robert Pas at Lake Shasta Houseboat Sales to sell our houseboat was a fabulous experience.

Before doing business with Robert, we heard that he had a reputation throughout the area for being knowledgeable, and hard-working. Frankly, these adjectives don’t quite say quite enough. I need to add that he is honest, has a tremendous amount of integrity, pleasant to deal with and very simply knows how to make things happen. He is also an excellent communicator and kept us well appraised throughout the entire process.

We live about 3 ½ hours from the lake, so we couldn’t be intimately involved with the process. Not to worry --- Robert provides a turn-key service to buyers and sellers. He knows the market, knows how to price the boats, show the boats and how to bring buyers and sellers together quickly and efficiently.

The entire process was pleasant and happened amazingly quickly.  A few phone calls, a few emails and a few texts and suddenly it was all a done deal. I couldn’t be more pleased and I couldn’t offer any higher praise than to suggest that I would do business again with Robert in a heartbeat……
